What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your order, fill out our Return Order Form within 7 days of delivery and ship the garment back to receive a full refund.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, after an order has been placed we are not able to make any modifications. If you would like to return your garment after it's been delivered, please see the "What is your return policy" question above.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on where you would like the garment delivered. Please refer to the carrier's tracking portal for the most accurate delivery date.

How do I take care of my aapple garment?

All products should be handwashed in cold water with bar soap or gentle detergent and air dried to maintain its shape and color.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify. :)

How can I track my order?

We will provide a tracking number via email once the garment has been handed off to our courier.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship domestically to all 50 US states, and internationally to Canada and Mexico.

Where are you based?

All of our products are handmade in Brooklyn, New York!
