Why I started aapple athletics
This is my story of how i turned a traumatic accident into a colorful journey: last year I experienced a life-changing injury. It was hard to recover, but with a lot of hard work and support from friends and family, I came back stronger then ever. so, in order to celebrate that I kept moving, I started aapple athletics! We want to encourage people to heal from their past trauma with fitness and fall in love with their bodies again. When you put on aapple athletics, the color will make you smile; and the fit will make you feel ready for the day. Be a force of bravery in your everyday life!
